Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity. All our dental implants and materials are original products directly sourced from official South Korean manufacturers. While we specialize in premium used X-rays, all consumable dental supplies are strictly genuine, factory-sealed, and brand-new to ensure the highest clinical safety.

To place an international order, please email us with the desired products (including  name of product if possible), quantities, shipping address, and contact information. Once we receive this information, our team will contact you with any questions and provide a quote and payment instructions.

We ship worldwide via reliable freight partners (Air/Sea). We provide essential export documents, including the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.

Orders shipping outside of Korea require a shipping quote. Before we process your order, our team will prepare a shipping quote and contact you with the additional shipping cost. 

To ensure a seamless delivery, please be advised that any local customs, duties, or certification requirements are handled by the buyer according to their regional laws.  We recommend consulting with a customs expert in advance to verify regional regulations and prevent any clearance issues.

For product prices, please contact us directly by e-mail or phone. Due to the nature of used equipment, prices may vary depending on product condition and market conditions. All prices we offer are based on Ex-Works Seoul, Korea. This means that the prices do not include shipping, handling and other fees.

If you need your order shipped, you will need to pay additional costs for export packing, local transportation, customs clearance in Korea, and freight. The exact cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight and size of your order, as well as the destination.

Our payment terms are 100% advance payment by telegraphic transfer (T/T) before shipment. 
We provide photos or videos of the product before payment, conduct a final inspection afterward, and share the images from this inspection with the customer prior to shipping.

We accept the delivery terms as follows;
– Ex-Works Warehouse in Seoul
– FOB Seoul(Incheon), Busan
– FOB Incheon Int. Airport

CFR and DAP terms are available upon request. We will get a quote from our freight forwarder and let you know.

Our devices such as used dental Xray come with 6-month Part Supply warranty. Separately, this warranty does not apply to the sale of parts.

Nevertheless, we can provide an extended warranty for an additional fee.
All our products are thoroughly inspected by specialists prior to sale, so you can rest assured of their quality.

Most of our equipment are listed on our Korean and English websites. However, some of these items may have already been sold or are under negotiation with other customers.
