We do ship internationally. You can place an order by phone or email.

To place an international order, please email us with the desired products (including  name of product if possible), quantities, shipping address, and contact information. Once we receive this information, our team will contact you with any questions and provide a quote and payment instructions.

Orders shipping outside of Korea require a shipping quote.

Before we process your order, our team will prepare a shipping quote and contact you with the additional shipping cost. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, certification, registration, or other charges that may occur in your country related to international shipments. We recommend that our international customers contact their local authorities to calculate these charges and make sure that the goods can be imported into their country.

For product prices, please contact us directly by e-mail or phone. Due to the nature of used equipment, prices may vary depending on product condition and market conditions. All prices we offer are based on Ex-Works Seoul, Korea. This means that the prices do not include shipping, handling and other fees.

If you need your order shipped, you will need to pay additional costs for export packing, local transportation, customs clearance in Korea, and freight. The exact cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight and size of your order, as well as the destination.

Our payment terms are 100% advance payment by telegraphic transfer (T/T) before shipment. We understand that this may be inconvenient for some customers, but we appreciate your understanding.

We accept the delivery terms as follows;
– Ex-Works Warehouse in Seoul
– FOB Seoul(Incheon), Busan
– FOB Incheon Int. Airport

CFR and DAP terms are available upon request. We will get a quote from our freight forwarder and let you know.

Our devices such as used dental Xray come with 6-month Part Supply warranty. Separately, this warranty does not apply to the sale of parts.

Nevertheless, we can provide an extended warranty for an additional fee.
All our products are thoroughly inspected by specialists prior to sale, so you can rest assured of their quality.

Most of our equipment are listed on our Korean and English websites. However, some of these items may have already been sold or are under negotiation with other customers.
